Low mileage at 64,077

The car has a full stage 2 paint correction and sealant. 

IMPORTANT: While 997.1s built 2006 and after have very little worry of IMS issues, the main concern for owners is bore scoring. I had a borescope inspection done at the time of purchase. 

All 6 bores showed mileage wear with NO signs of deep vertical scoring. Photographic evidence and report will be provided with sale. Spark plugs were replaced after inspection and are brand new.

Tires are close to new Michelin PS4S with plenty of tread left on them.

The vehicle is mechanically excellent with body and interior in good condition. Engine compartment has all fluid levels full and clean, the internal engine is clean as viewed through the oil fill opening. Body does not show signs of ever being crashed and repaired. Body lines are straight and there are some scratches, all are photo documented.

Tires and brakes are new and the LR wheel is perfect, other three wheels have minor curb scapes. 

Trunk is in great shape with everything present. Interior is great overall with some wear to painted controls. Main screen (not the AC controls) does not operate, but all sound comes through properly. I was going to replace with a PCCM+ but sadly never got around to the upgrade. But with the sports exhaust, there really is no need for music! I just plugged in my phone with a 9V to USB adaptor and used that screen.

All functions that are driver controlled performed as designed including heating, AC, etc.

New throttle body with receipts.

I have driven quite a few 997 cars and few of them at this age have a manual transmission that clicks perfectly like this one.

Brakes performed as designed with no abnormal noises.

Convertible top works perfectly, had the rear actuator replaced recently.
